Dear Beyond Music family,

We have only just started to gain momentum and it’s a pleasure to see our platform grow with each passing day. A big hug to all our new artists who are joining our community.

The influx of emails from you, all of whom still want to participate in the Beyond Music Project Vol.4, is very inspiring. You share our passion for bringing meaningful stories to the world.

On board are all-time champs such as the incomparable Angélique Kidjo, Afrobeats maestro Pheelz and pop sensation Wiyaala. Together we want to create melodies that resonate all over the world.

Actually, we should strictly follow the regulations, submission closes soon, but we want to give everyone new a chance – and have extended the submission period until 16 April 2024, 9 a.m. CET.

It´s about change, not timelines. Right? 

For anyone who would like to take part in Vol.4, here are the guidelines:

• Each entry must consist of a minimum of 3 artists, at least 2 of whom have different cultural backgrounds – reflecting our mission to connect cultures through music.
• Artists may contribute to up to 8 submissions.
• Same combination of artists in a collaboration can submit a maximum of 3 songs.
• This time the jury will pay special attention to the lyrics: They are the heartbeat of this project and carry the essence of your message for social change.

And these are your prizes:

• 3 teams will hit the studio alongside our guest artists to collaborate on crafting and recording a standout song. Plus, they’ll star in an epic music video shoot – all expenses paid by us.
• The winning songs will be entered in the new Grammy Award category “Best Song for Social Change”.
• But there’s more: Another 17 winning tracks will be awarded substantial cash prizes of up to 85,000 US dollars.
• Get ready to amplify your impact with Beyond Music album Vol.4. Backed by a substantial advertising campaign, you’ll earn a share of the revenue from this collection featuring 20 remarkable tracks.
